Jangl

We at RevPoint Media LLC (“Jangl,”) along with RevPoint Media, LLC (“RevPoint,”) collectively (“we,” “us,” or “our”) have created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of Jangl in connection with our online services, which are made available to you through a variety of platforms, including, but not limited to, https://www.jangl.com and (the “Website”) and our app, which is accessible through tablets, cell phones, personal digital assistants, connected televisions, and other devices (the “App”). The Website and the Mobile App are collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use.

Description of Users and Acceptance of Terms

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Platform, who view only publicly-available content (“Visitors”) and end users (“Users”), who have registered to use our on-demand services (the “Services”) via the Platform.

By visiting the Platform, Visitors are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use.

By accessing and/or using the Services, each User is: (i) agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy, the accompanying Terms of Use, and any orders executed by such User with lead providers (“Lead Providers”) via the Platform (each, an “Order”); and (ii) representing that he or she is an authorized representative of a company that is an existing registered User of the Platform.

The Information We Collect

In the course of operating the Platform, Jangl will collect (and/or receive) the following types of information.

1. Personal Information

When you sign up to become a User, you will be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. We do not collect any personal information from Visitors when they use the Website unless they provide such information voluntarily, such as by registering or sending us an e-mail or signing up for a newsletter. All information we collect and/or receive under this section is collectively called “Personal Information.”

2. Billing Information

When Users register with us, they will be required to provide certain information in addition to the Personal Information noted above. Such information may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes, and similar information. Such information is collectively called the “Billing Information.” Although payment for Orders is processed by our third-party vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies, we will also have access to the last four (4) digits of a User’s credit card, which we will use for customer service purposes. Any other Billing Information provided by Users is collected, stored, and processed directly through these third-party vendors, and we do not obtain access to it.

3. Order Information

When you place an Order, you must provide us with certain information about the leads you are seeking to purchase, such as the Lead Provider and the vertical, and we may automatically collect other information relating to each such transaction. Such information is collectively called the “Order Information.”

4. User Data

In certain cases, Users may upload data to the Platform (“User Data”) in order for Jangl to de-duplicate leads purchased via the Platform from such User Data and to perform other services in connection with such User Data. Jangl’s usage and disclosure of such User Data is further described in our Terms of Use.

We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to help us collect Other Information and to enhance your experience using the Platform. If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer or mobile device. Information Collected by or Through Third-Party Advertising Companies

We may share Other Information about your activity on the Platform with third parties for the purpose of tailoring, analyzing, managing, reporting, and optimizing advertising you see on the Platform and elsewhere. These third parties may use cookies, pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs), and/or other technologies to collect such Other Information for such purposes. Pixel tags enable us, and these third-party advertisers, to recognize a browser’s cookie when a browser visits the site on which the pixel tag is located in order to learn which advertisement brings a user to a given site.

If you have registered for the Services, you may access, review, and make changes to your Personal Information and certain Other Information by following the instructions found on the applicable Platform. In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Jangl marketing email.
